African, Caribbean and Pacific States - The group of developing countries which belong to the Lomé Convention, by which most of their products are allowed into the EC on a non-reciprocal basis. Loan Receipt -
A receipt for a claim paid in advance by an insurance company to an insured, and which repayable to the insurance company if the insured recovers the loss from a third party.
Shipper's Loan and Count -
A statement on a bill of lading that the shipper verified the loading and quantity loaded during transfer to a carrier for shipping.
