Joint CALS Management Office - The JCMO was established as a joint (multi) military organization comprised of Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) in order to implement common (joint) CALS solutions. The JCMO developed the DoD CALS Architecture released in June 1991.
